Essential Oils and Aromatherapy
Artisan Aromatics 100% Pure and Natural Essential Oils
Essential oils used in aromatherapy are extracts from a wide variety of plants that are recognized as powerful healing agents. The highly concentrated, pure and natural substances are generally considered safe and effective in promoting health, vitality and a sense of harmony.
There is a great deal of variation in the quality of essential oils currently being sold. Making a knowledgeable choice in purchasing conscientiously sourced, therapeutic quality oils can be difficult in this market. After completing training as an Aromatherapist, I set out to find the highest quality, affordable essential oils available and was pleased to discover that the oils from this western North Carolina company are pure and of the finest quality, backed by very well-informed staff, sourced with care and consideration for the planet and reasonably priced.
Also available, Personal Portable Passive Inhaler.
Like the classic Vick’s inhalers, this refillable, lipstick-sized inhaler is the perfect way to try out an aromatherapy choice without investing in a full bottle. It fits easily in your purse or pocket to be used any time of day. I can customize your inhaler with any of the blends or single oils listed. I can refill the inhaler for a fee or you can purchase a bottle and refill it on your own.
$8, Refills $5

The synergistic effects of specific combined essential oils make these blends more successful in producing the desired result than single oils alone. In most cases I recommend blends over single oils. There are a myriad of uses for blends and the same blend may serve many purposes. These are blends that I have found to be fragrant, safe, effective and reasonably priced. Contact me for further choices. Prices subject to change based on availability and sourcing.

Diffusion, or inhalation, is the optimal method for benefiting from the many terpenes in essential oils. Cool mist or fan diffusers can be purchased; passive diffusion from a cotton ball or other absorbent material is also effective. Topical use is especially recommended for skin or respiratory issues. Please dilute with a carrier nut or seed oil such as coconut or grapeseed oil before applying to the skin.
- 2.5% is the usual dilution for most massage/carrier oils (2.5% EOs to 97.5% Carrier Oil)
- For children and the elderly a 1.5% dilution is suggested 5% is the maximum for diffusing
- 1 ml = approximately 25 drops (varies with viscosity & size of dropper opening)
Recommended Dilution Ratios for Safe and Effective Use of Essential Oils

CBD Oil Extract
KINGDOM Harvest Hemp Extract
After a great deal of research, I have chosen to carry only one oral cbd product and I am fully confident in the purity, quality and effectiveness of Kingdom Harvest Hemp Extract.
Kingdom Harvest Whole-Spectrum Hemp Extract is the combination of multiple extracts from the hemp plant, each minimally refined and each providing a substantially different fraction of naturally-occurring phytonutrients including: CBD, CBDa, other cannabinoids, flavonoids, terpenoids and more from the plant. All of these compounds offer benefits of their own, while potentiating and enhancing the effects of the other compounds present: this is commonly referred to as the entourage effect.
The hemp flower contains the greatest concentration of those most sought-after phytonutrients in the plant. We take the whole flower, grown at the Kingdom of the Happy Land in Western North Carolina, through different processes to produce multiple extracts, each with its own unique qualities. Each extract contains a broad array of the naturally-occurring compounds from the plant, not a highly refined fraction or isolated molecule. Each process condition is carefully controlled to bring out a different spectrum of compounds from the plant. These extracts are combined into different formulations for each of our final products. Our processes are designed to provide the greatest potential benefit from the plant while preserving those raw qualities that are often modified or lost entirely.
Also available in Peppermint.
A 15ml bottle provides a one month supply of hemp extract at the recommended daily dose. 30ml bottles are also available.

Fractionated coconut oil (MCT oil), Whole-Spectrum Hemp Extract, Natural Vitamin E.
A recommended serving of 0.25 ml, should be taken twice daily, under the tongue and held there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. A graduated dropper is provided to accurately measure. We advise all of our customers to start low and go slow.
Depending on your physiology you may desire to increase the frequency of your servings to suit your own personal needs. We recommend starting with the suggested serving twice a day for three weeks prior to making adjustments. Increase your servings by one additional serving per day allowing two additional week’s time to note any change in effect. If after increasing your serving frequency you find you desire more you may increase your serving size as well. We suggest doing so in 0.25 ml increments. We suggest that you pay attention to your body and how it responds to the Kingdom Harvest product and let those observations be your guide. You may even want to keep your own Kingdom Harvest ECS journal.
Kingdom Harvest is produced in the herbalist tradition which embraces less is more. When the “whole spectrum” of phytonutrients is present in the finished product, the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is activated such that a physiological response can often be recognized and described in the first few minutes after taking the product. For others, a couple weeks of consistent use proves an effective way to determine the value of Kingdom Harvest for their specific needs.
Kingdom Harvest’s process of producing a natural botanical extract works exceptionally well in low servings. This products is effective at providing the benefits of the “whole spectrum” of cannabinoids, rich in naturally occurring cannabidiol (CBD). This is different from other “full spectrum”, “broad spectrum” or “isolate” (THC free) CBD products. A milligram is not a milligram unless the process of making it is the same.
