Each massage service is customized according to individual needs and is based on the client’s goal for their therapeutic experience. The massage may incorporate numerous modalities to address those needs, including myofascial release, reflexology, reiki, neuromuscular, deep tissue, acupressure, and stretches, as well as basic aromatherapy. Each customized massage begins with the foundation of a classic Swedish massage with the intention of releasing overall muscle tension, increasing circulation and calming the mind, body and spirit. Reiki energy healing can be offered as part of your massage, or as an independent service at the same price (I recommend using the 30 minute Express massage for a Reiki only session). You may receive instruction on self-care, such as beneficial stretches and postural recommendations. Eldercare and palliative massage are available upon request.

All services, including Group, Workplace, or Event Massage can be conducted off-site with advance arrangements. Additional travel fees may apply.
