Health Through Movement Classes
In my movement classes I hold the intention of supporting you in your healing journey; inspiring and awakening an awareness of the interconnections of the body, mind, and spirit.
All classes are limited to 5 students and are suitable for beginners and people of all ages.

Morning and evening classes are available. Family and Friends group sessions and private sessions can be arranged.
Restorative Yoga Massage
Learn how to let go! This class utilizes props and supports with deeply relaxing postures that are held for up to 10 minutes. You will have the option to receive gentle massage techniques, Reiki, aromatherapy and guidance in breath work and mindfulness in order to promote conscious deep relaxation and healing release of chronic tension. No workout here! You will be guided to do absolutely nothing as you release into each fully supported pose. No experience required, safe for everyone. All equipment will be provided. Private sessions available for additional fee.
$20 per class, $35 with massage option
Yoga for Everyone
Through slow, gentle, mindful movement and breath, I will guide you into postures that both energize and soothe the body, releasing physical and mental/emotional tension. These gentle postures will increase flexibility, range of motion and balance, slowly improving your strength and stamina while bringing a calming, grounding and centered presence to your nervous system. Qi Gong (similar to Tai Chi) practice is incorporated to warm the body and increase the healing flow of vital life force energy. No experience required, safe for most. Equipment available.

Qi Gong
This ancient Chinese energy healing art is the foundation of Tai Chi, Kung Fu and other martial arts. The goal is to cultivate and move vital life force energy, allowing the body to heal and manifest optimal health. The practice is performed standing (or seated) with very slow, mindful movement in coordination with the breath. No experience required, safe for everyone. No equipment necessary.
